What a great application (someone should send it to all our local
officials to play with!) You could do it in Flash with duplicated
movieclips where you set the x and y properties in loops to get the
right speeds for the cars, but I'd guess that Java (as was used in the
example) would provide more mathematically correct (or precise) results
than Flash, which isn't really math-oriented. (If someone disagrees,
feel free to speak up--I just find that math things are currently rather
hard to do, especially precisely, in the current version of Flash).
