Media descriptions are usually the largest part of a SWF. But instructions
do have costs too... a very large movie with a simple sprite may be larger
than a shorter movie with complex art. Media costs are usually much larger
than instructions, though.
For FLAs, remember that a quick "Save" operation will just append changes
to the file. If you continually save, then the file will continually get
bigger. A "Save As" takes a little longer, but rewrites the file from top
to bottom, and is usually perceptibly smaller.
