Three reasons why this can happen.

1. Corrupted SWF.
2. Not enough memory to open the SWF in the Flash Player.
3. The SWF is opening an old version of the Flash stand-alone player on your
system.

If it happens on just this file, and it's a big SWF, I'd go with #2. The
solution would be to give the Flash Player more memory - if you're on a Mac,
which I suspect that you are. ;>)
