Lots of ways. One is to put each sound in a movie clip and put the second
MC in a frame after the first one. The timeline won't advance until the
second MC is done loading (MC's don't stream -- they must preload before
they'll start). Be sure in the second keyframe to re-insert the first sound
but set Sync to Stop so it stops looping (just removing the MC from the
timeline won't do it).
Another way is to use LoadMovie with a complex cross-communication scheme
to tell the first one when to advance and to tell the second one to start
playing. See http://www.dartfrogmedia.com/if_frame for a Flash3 scheme to
do this.
I'm sure someone can think of other ways, too.
