If you sort by country you are still going to have to sub-sort by name or
something... unless you randomize it or something. As for the lowercase
convention I think it would look more professional if it was Upperlower Like
This for names and cities... so it would all be Toronto... or Firstname,
Lastname... shouldn't be hard to do would it?

Just a thought or two,
jb

thanks marc, brian, & others who took the time,

will get right on top of the jointing, etc!!.. : )
and check the speeeling throughout the site again.. (thanks for pointing
this
out.. I'm going in a million directions these days!)..

the lowercase conversion was not meant to annoy you!.. (I just thought I
wanted to
have Toronto and toronto to look similar when listed beside each other in
the
directory.. if many others this a problem, I am open to change it.. as
ultimately
the site is there for the freelancers..)

what do you think about 10 days of availability for work? (ya, I'm starting
to
agree, every two days is too much to ask, just to keep the directory
accurate.. )

if you have any thoughts on changing the availability expire time.. please
email me
off line at zoubinatzarinmedia [dot] com .....

oh ya.. another change someone suggested was to sort the directory not by
last
name.. but by country.. (this way.. people like myself with a "Z" in their
last
name, dont end up at the end!.. any thoughts on this issue as well before I
change
things around? (zoubinatzarinmedia [dot] com (mailto:zoubinatzarinmedia [dot] com))

we've got close to 60 freelancers listed so far.. (just went live this
week!)..
this is great.. as I've got booth space for flashskills.com at the Toronto
newmedia2000 show next week.. and feel we have a good base to attract
newmedia
companies' attention for the list..

I've become obsessively committed to the evolution of this site!.. (not good
for my
financial well being!) but it seems like one of those point of no return
things!.

regards,

zoubin. (http://www.flashskills.com)
