I haven't tried it but this should work:

Get URL
("emailAddressatyourCompany [dot] com?subject=dataFromFlashSite&body=">mailto:emailAddressatyourCompany [dot] com?subject=dataFromFlashSite&body="&nameV
ariable&","&bookingDateVariable&","&carRegoVariable&","&addressVariable&","&
phoneNumberVariable)

Set the html address field as an expression.
