Sorry...I'm still not following, or maybe I'm not making myself very clear.

The only thing I want to distribute is a single EXE that I wrote and

compiled myself.  It is a program that was compiled using the ActiveX

control for Flash.


It does not install the Flash plugin.

It does not require the Flash plugin to run it.

It does not use a web browser in any way.


The licensing info doesn't seem to say anything about this situation, but

maybe I'm missing something.  Should we take this conversation off-list?
