I'd go for Director if there would be complex interaction and interactive
sound effects. Since size of the file might cause a problem on a bussiness
card (the ones I used had a maximum capacity of 25 MB) then I'd go for
Flash.
But the bitmap pictures might get blurred and may display ugly. This won't
happen when you'll use Director.
So if you can create a presentation in Director with a max. file size of 25
MB (very easy) I'd go for Director else you'll have to use Flash
