Me too. Learning how to learn (and teach to yourself) is critically important in
new media. Things change fast. If you don't constantly learn new skills in this
business, what you know quickly becomes obsolete. Sometimes really really quick.
And, regarding that salary thread, you gotta charge enough to buy into and spend
a little time learning new technologies as they come along. And, you gotta
charge enough to upgrade all that damned software & hardware every year. And...
-well, just remember to charge enough - so I can too. :-)
