Be sure and report bozos like this to the "paid to

surf" companies abuse/terms of service area.  They are

usually good about cancelling the spammers account

which means they lose any referrals they've gained,

any money they've earned, etc.


I see this stuff all over message boards, spam, and

even mailing lists.  The best thing is to report the

referral ID like his below: obs878


Hit them where it hurts!
