Targeting from HTML to a flash frame

Using Flash 3  with frames,


in two frames I have HTML,

in another I have the navigation: FLASH


is there a way I can make a link in the html page and have it target the

appropriate frame in the Flash movie?


part B: dare I ask, without reloading?
