I have some basic Flash questions about Java - I've never cared about it
before - but I'm curious now:
- Aftershock is what I need to use the Flash player, yes?
- The .jar, .zip, and .class files are used by different JV
machines - which ones use which? Should I care?
- I had trouble making a .swf file (version 2) use java - not
sure what I did wrong - What I did was:
- Used Aftershock
- copied the .jar, .zip, and .class files to a local directory -
same directory as the .swf
- Selected "View as Java"
- got a "flash.class" exception warning (don't recall the exact
message - ook!)
- Everything seemed fine - but the Java Cersion wouldn't play.
- This was on Windows95/NN4.03
- Any tips on using Aftershock successfully?
- I *swear* I followed the instructions right - yet it didn't work.
Love any feedback y'all have.
