Subject: Question for the Flash Experts
From: Chris Jester (CTS Technical)

On our local Intranet I have created a flash site. I used the code
Macromedia gave on the website to have it autoinstall shockwave if the user
does not have shockwave already. Some of the users who had a received the
download prior to the new shockwave that supports flash 3 are getting gpf's
and fatal exceptions when going over a button. The newest version of
shockwave seems to resolve this issue. I don't wan to have to tell everyone
to go to macromedia's page to install it. Does anyone know the correct code
to auto install the newest version of Flash? Also, after installing the
newest version it always say's you have to reboot for the changes to take
affect. Is there away around this so you don't get this message?

Thank you,
Jester_boy
