www.microsoft.com/liquidmotion/default.htm?vamp/Gothic/Images  is where you'll find Liquid Motion, but I haven't been able to get on microsoft.com all day.


http://www1.zdnet.com/pcmag/features/applets/jabr6.htm  has a review (they don't seem too thrilled with it) and a sample (which I thought was rather cheesy, imho).


www.buydirect.com/Windows/Product/Detailed/0,3,129,00.html has Liquid Motion Pro going for $725 (WOW!  Flash wins the price war!).  I don't know if MS has some cheaper version available since they bought DimensionX (makers of Liquid Motion).


It appears (though I'm not sure) that Liquid Motion is not a "drawing" program but rather you import pics from other programs.  It also looks like it only uses bitmap format (gif, jpeg, etc) and not vector graphics - so your animations are probably huge in Liquid Motion compared to Flash.  Also, according to that review, since Liquid Motion is pure java, you are limited to the 6 java fonts for any text (that really sucks).


I could be wrong, but compared to Flash, Liquid Motion looks like an enormous waste of money.
