No problem with your code. When using percents (%) Flash always fills
the available Frame (Window) based on its aspect ratio and Align
settings.

Try placing you movie in a single frame Frameset. You should add tags
similar to the ones below. Thia will reduce but not eliminate
differences in the way the browsers handle Flash. The aspect ratio of
your Movie Canvas will also affect your borders, but generally mostly on
the sides not included in the Align.
