Hiya Dave,
It was my fault. I had added waaay to many frames behind a rather large
animated
symbol. Use action frames to loop animated symbols on the timeline when
you can.
This saves you alot of size.

Ive never seen this problem arise. Wouldnt worry about it. Make sure
your animations
can be handled by a lowly pent processor and remeber that only what
animations
that can be seen on monitor are occupying processor.

Try turning down your security level in browser.
