Jim and Paul
I too am less than content that removing the protection is easier now,
but, as Paul says, if it is a reality we may as well face it right away.
I downloaded the utility and tried it on a fairly complex swf file of
mine. It did have some oddness in the translation and, frankly, I think
it would take a great deal of work to make that file functional again.
It will take a bit more experimenting on my part to figure out what does
and does not translate well. My first thought is a more thorough use of
movie clips could make the reimported swf file pretty much a jumble of
sequential images with odd gaps.
Anyone else have any ideas?
