It actually has no connection whatsoever to what web dev software you use or
what your code looks like. You could specify border=0 till the cows come home
and it would still happen, unless you adjust the preferences for IE5 on the
Mac. That's what's so friggin annoying about it. We shouldn't even be calling
it a border, since it's more of a highlight box or click illuminator or
something.
