Correct! The way we get around the browser differences is by using a
sniffer to identify the browser, and then writing out two separate HTML
pages (document: writeln()) for NN and IE. We also pop it up in a crippled
browser window to control the graphics alignment. Otherwise, it's just a
5-frame frameset with 4 swf frames and 1 HTML page sandwiched in the
middle. The Flash side controls 2 other frames through simple GetURLs. A
lot of tweaking to get the graphics to align, but otherwise a
programmatically simple site.
To get back to Anil's original post, this is offered as *one* possible
solution for integrating Flash with sites that require large amounts of
body text.
Cheers!
