I've changed the mouse actions as you recommend and the problem still
exists. Any other ideas?

Steve,

One thing I see right off the bat is the On (Press,Release). This could be
confusing things since you're sending the Get URL command when they press
the
button and then again when they release it. The second one could be causing
problems with the first. On (Release) should be all you need.
