Thanks for the reply Webmaster; I'd suspected so but haven't been in
touch with that area for about 4-5 months.

Here's why I know:
For some reason, IE5 saved some Kid Rock URL's I had gone to as
http://216.6.14.187/frames.asp
and
http://216.6.14.187/home.asp?ref=
