1) First go to the File menu and select Page Setup (PC) or Print Margins

(Mac).


2) There are two pop-up menus. With the Frames pop-up, select All

Frames. With the Layout pop-up, select Fit on One Page.


3) Close the dialog box.


4) From the File menu, choose Print. The Print dialog box should include

an option for choosing which *pages* to print. In printing from Flash, a

frame is equivalent to a page. So just indicate your *frame number* as

the starting and the ending page numbers. 


5) Print.


Similarly, you can set a range of frames to print, in which case you may

want to adjust the Layout pop-up option to indicate whether you want 1

or many frames printed per page. Of course you can also use the Frames

pop-up to select only the first frame if that is all you need printed.
