Just how does IE 5.5 enable developers who are not familiar with the

Is it magic or something?

I *am* familiar with the Macromedia Flash authoring environment and still
can't *easily* design pages and applications that have rich Macromedia Flash
interfaces and dynamically update based on user interaction.

So how does IE 5.5 do this?

Because I want to *easily* design pages and applications that have rich
Macromedia Flash interfaces and dynamically update based on user
interaction.
