Hi Kati,
I've got 4 months Flash experience, and 10 years graphic design experience. Here are a couple of URL's I'm currently working on:

I'm learning Flash quickly and have good design sense.
Does this fit into what you need? I had a look at your site and think it's nicely done. There's a smooth cinematic quality, and a nice illustration style. Right up my alley.
Anyway, I live in the City and would consider a trek up to Mill Valley a couple of days a week.
