illustrator too, save as .swf with flashwriter for illustrator
corel - same flashwriter for corel
fireworks - type on a path is real easy - save as png and import to flash or
copy and past probably works too

Freehand 9.0, you can save it right out as a swf. I think you can still
download a freetrial off the macromedia website, if for some crazy reason
you don't own it.
