It is my understanding that frame rate slowness/quickness is dependant on
processor/RAM (and not modem speed)....
As far as I know a computer will only play at a frame rate it can handle. If
you set it to 20fps, and a computer can only handle 16fps - it won't go any
faster than that.
Am I wrong?
I test my stuff out on a 266 w/32MB Ram... If it crawls, I know I'm in
trouble... (I create on a 700MHz w 265MB RAM)
Another question for all of you...
If this is the case, what are some of your reccomendations on a
processor/RAM combination to test movies?
