You'll have to edit the HTML object and imbed tags.
in the object tag:
<PARAM NAME="MENU" VALUE="FALSE">
in the embed tag:
MENU="FALSE">
Or you can do it in the publish settings within Flash4:
Go to File / Publish Settings and click the HTML tab and uncheck the
"Display Menu" in the Playback checkboxes.
