FLASH: Flash character animator needed

My company is in need of a flash character animator.  This is an on-going 

project tentatively requiring at least 5 finished minutes per 

month.  Pencil sketches and storyboards will be supplied along with 

audio.  We are working on budgets now.  What are the rates (daily/weekly) 

for a flash character animator?  Are newsgroups and lists the best source 

of talent?
