you can enhance quicktime 4+ with flash (needs to be flash 3)

quicktime 5 will support flash 4, coming soon :]
you could also import the quicktime into flash, export all the frames as a
series of images, import them back in, import the sound track from the
quicktime (after exporting the sound out quicktimne pro) and have
pseudo-video, it's a bit large...and not true video, but some folks have
created some interesting content that way.
lastly, depending on how you creating your content you could have separate
flash movies surrounding the quicktime....
