Jeff,

Wouldn't that be your BROWSER not your OS causing that? I know that in
certain browsers I have to actually clear my cache before the new version
shows up.

Although, I'm running NT4 (same core) and I find strange problems with the
cacheing of embedded swf's. If I load an html page with an embedded swf,
change the swf, reload the page, the swf shows up as the old version.
