That's what the "stream" choice (under sync type in the sound dialogue box)
is for. Problem with stream is that it requires a copy of the audio for
every repetition (technically, what it does is to store the audio with the
associated frames), hence it increases movie file size. On the other hand,
if you keep your animation quite trim, there may be bandwidth enough for
the audio to stream without preloading. It will be a challenge if you're
designing for modem users.
