Title: NEED HELP QUICK!!!!!!

I have this wav file that was recorded at 48 Khz16bit Stereo and then compressed down to 8 bit mono.

When I run the .wav file it works fine, but once I import it into flash is become very slow and distorted.

Anyone have any ideas?

P.S.  If you need the .wav please let me know. I don't want to send the wav out to the entire list. Some of you may not like that.
