You can re-contact macromedia... (They have a 1-800 #)


We had the same problem with the version 4.0 trial. Because we had

installed the 3.0 trial version, when we installed the 4.0 trial version,

we had an error message telling us our trial period was over... The only

solution I can give you, is to call macromedia directly.
