Subject: | FLASH: Any knowledge of how Macromedia help movies were done? |

I can't help but be impressed by the help movies Macromedia created for the
Flash and Dreamweaver help files. Watching them, I started wondering how
they were executed.
The movies incorporate all kinds of typical operations like choosing a menu,
selecting a menu item, dialog boxes opening up, etc.
I'm wondering if they made those movies by doing a million screen caps of
every menu, highlight bar, etc. and assembling them all in Flash? Or was
there some other way of actually recording actions (ala Lotus ScreenCam) and
somehow incorporating the results into the Flash movie? (I'm also assuming
the movies were done in Flash, but I guess they could be Shockwave...?)
