FLASH: Cd-rom Autostart.inf

I need some help.. I would lake to do CD-ROM presentation's with Flash3.0. I need 

to autostart a html file from the CD-ROM, or to have a program *.exe that starts. 

There I select to start the index.html in my browser. Do you have some suggestions 

haw to do it or a link to a sajt that can help me. Thanks Martin
