We have a 10 question quiz at www.K-I-D-S.org 

Click on the "take test" in the upper right corner. It does not keep 

score but rather allows them the opportunity to learn and select the 

correct answer before proceeding. You may want to check it out if the end 

goal for your client is similar to ours.
