Subject: | FLASH: Working with Bit Maps |

Greetings everyone. I am working on a project that requires me to use
several screen captures (bit map, jpeg, or gif). I am struggling with the
large file size that accompanies non-vector graphics. If there is anyone who
has worked on a piece that required the use of several bit maps, I would
greatly appreciate any suggestions you have to offer. When I use the Trace
Bit Map feature the only way I have found to get good, clean graphics is by
using the following coordinates:
* Color Threshold - 10
* Minimum Area - 1 Pixel
* Curve Fit - Pixels
* Color Threshold - Normal
As you can imagine, the graphics look good, but I get a file size around
245k (way too big). Once again, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
TIA
