Tedious yes. But since all thge objects will be symbols it depends on
the Tween on how heavy it would be. About a 18 bytes for ten frames if
the Tween is a simple Motion Tween.
The best and fastest way would be to convert the Tween to all keyframes
and move each of the originally tweened keyframes to their own layer.
Thus you get 10 layers each with a keyframe. Frame 1 lasts 10 frames, 2
lasts 9, etc. To convert to all frames of a Tween to keyframes select
all the frames of the Tween then right click and select Insert Keyframe.
