I'm not sure the question of Flash working between two monitors on a PC has
been clearly answered. But I can confirm that:
With two (2) Diamond Viper V330 PCI (not AGP) video cards and Diamond's
standard graphic utility software, you *can* run Windows 98 with two
monitors (that is, split the desktop between two monitors).
I have not seen this in action, so can't confirm how well it works. But I'm
AMAZED that more developers on the PC don't work this way. It's like the
2-monitor thing flew right over the heads of 99.9% of PC users!
I've worked for years with Avid nonlinear video editing systems on 2-monitor
Macintosh systems and let me tell you--using 2 monitors is literally twice
as good as having only one!
I also consider it a big strike against the PC that--unlike the Mac--it has
not had native 2-monitor capability for years. (And I'm a PC user!)
If there are any PC users on the list who have a 2-monitor setup, please let
us know how it's working out for you.
