I would personally rather be safe than sorry when it comes to something like

this, and I'd prefer to consult a qualified lawyer, or even the Department

of Justice, rather than base any decision to discuss fees (illegal or not)

on the opinions of "competitors".


I'll check around at the DOJ and see what I can come up with.  When/if I

find some concrete answers I'll post them here for everyone :)
