Subject: | FLASH: Is it good idea to use flash for scren savers? |

Reading the discussion about flash and stand alone CDs I was asking
myself if flash is really a good tool for making screen savers. Ive
made several of them for customers, but have noticed that they really
demand a lot of CPU work although I always try to keep them simple. As
you know a screen saver needs to run on top of ANYTHING, i.e. if you
have more than one program running, or, for example you are downloading
something and leave your computer, the screen saver should not slow down
any other process.
I was thinking that using bitmap-based tools might increase file size,
but decrease CPU demand when running. This might be better for screen
savers. Im I right or one thing has nothing to do with the other?
