I've seen it too and it drives me bonkers. Bug or feature?

On a similar note, I've noticed this with both size and positioning. Flash
will often arbitrarily(as far as I can tell anyways) add 10th's to my x's,
y's, width's and height's, and I have to input it a couple time before it
sticks. For instance, if I set width to 100 and height to 50, I'll end up
with
100.1 and 50.3 or something. Has anyone else seen this?
F5 on a mac g4, OS9, plenty o'ram.
