Yes - same problem on WinNT with Flash 3.
Using Cool Edit to resave as "Windows PCM Wav"
which Flash seems to like.
I'm a begiiner tho so beware.

Has anybody experienced difficulties with the importing of certain
wav files into a flash 3 composition?
