Sounds to me like you should hit Monster, Jobs.com, JobsOnline.com,

ComputerJobs.com (they have a New Media section) and probably even

HeadHunter.Net.


Bear in mind that the feedy frenzy only begins when a person can showcase

their work, too.  As a person who's been hiring a slew of people in the past 5

or 6 months, I've noticed that some folks say they're experts at Flash...then

don't even know what a Movie Clip is--and that's a serious example.
