I did a similar project for a company called RadioWave.com...or I should say,
worked on a prototype for them.
I think you'd have to contain your Flash in the "top" portion of the HTML and
have some other sort of streaming content come through the rest of your HTML. I
don't know that you could supply an "outsourced" stream of content within Flash.
