Hmm, I dunno.

I guess you *could* look at the Flash Support Center:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash

And in the Search field, you *could* enter "Load Movie".

I dunno.... maybe you might find something in the TechNote library about Load Movie... maybe an example of why loaded movies always come in like that when loaded into a target instance... who knows?

I hope my attempt at sarcasm is perceived as a friendly one. :>)

We have TechNotes for this and so many other things that come up on this list.

I think if you do the above, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
