Just the standard http port (whatever you are using to view gifs, jpegs,
html, etc.). Tell him its http streaming not rtsp. If that doesn't answer it
for him, fire him and get a real 'network guy'.

He does need to set the mime to _serve_ flash content reliably. Nothing
special to view it though.
