I've done a couple of these html flash hybrids.

For the most part it is pretty straightforward, although I did have some 

difficulties getting flash to fill 100% of a frame on the Lassen 

site.  This issue was resolved by information found at Colin Moock's site 

at http://www.moock.org/webdesign/flash/fillthewindow.html.
