Hi Tony,
Lots of people are doing storyboards, working on paper, scanning and
tracing in Streamline which all seems like an incredible amount of work.
I've found the best results actually come from working with a tablet and
just learning how to draw on the computer, it only takes a few days to
transfer over the skills. And once you work out some of the ridiculous
kinks in Flash it's really fun to draw in the program. And this is from a
guy who used to draw all his comic books on paper back when I did that
for a living. All of my stuff is drawn totally in Flash now, even when I
draw books for print.
