1)Vector Graphics are the format that Flash renders in. This link may help
clarify what (scalable) vector graphics are:
http://www.irt.org/articles/js176/index.htm You might try a search on the
web yourself for more info.
2)MM site is http://www.macromedia.com - the company that makes Flash
authoring software. Go there and peruse the Flash related technotes, use the
search function etc. There is good basic info there! :)
3)Even though you download a .swf, your processor still may not be able to
keep up with the more complicated movies. If you are saying that when you do
download the swf and it runs fine, but not steaming from the Internet, then
you have a slow connection or the author didn't allow for steaming at
slower/modem connections. Who knows, could be a variety of things.
But, a basic point to remember, small processors and slow internet
connections are not a good thing for complicated Flash animations.
